About

Midlife Crisis or Midlife Awakening?

There came a moment in my life when I could no longer ignore the voice inside — that critical, relentless whisper that made peace feel just out of reach. It wasn’t always loud, but it was always there, especially after I drank. Alcohol became a trigger for days of anxiety, overthinking, and deep discomfort.

After decades of drinking, I started noticing a pattern. The anxious spiral I kept finding myself in always had one common denominator: alcohol. I didn’t want to live that way anymore. So I made a decision — to take an extended break. Not to punish myself, but to see what life could feel like without it.

And that’s when everything started to shift.

That once-annoying inner voice? She softened. She began to speak with compassion. She welcomed me back to myself.

I began to feel alive again — clearer, more grounded, more me than I had felt in years. My soul had woken up, and I couldn’t ignore the transformation.

With a Master’s in Psychology and a career in higher education on the horizon, I made a bold pivot. I chose to use my voice, experience, and education to help other women find their own “alcohol-free advantage.”

This is more than coaching — it’s soul work.

In my one-to-one sessions, we start with a complimentary call to get to know each other. Together, we’ll identify where you feel stuck and co-create a path forward — one where self-worth leads the way
